This is a WONDERFUL article on eating nutrients vs. eating calories. I personally have always gone immediately to counting calories when I wanted to lose weight. That's a very hard habit to break - but this article makes SO much sense and helps me understand what I need to be doing, worrying about, and most of all - NOT COUNTING.
